After being sold out for quite a while, father time has finally done his thing. On March 13th, Oak and Grist is celebrating a dual release of our 2nd batch of Barrel Reserve Dark Rhythm Gin as well as our 6th Blended Malt Whiskey. We couldn’t be more excited about these two! The Barrel Reserve has spent more than a year in barrels elevating our original jenever style gin to note of clementine, dried bouquet, black raspberry cream, and spice cake. With a slight variation in how we aged it unanimous that this one is even better than the first. After more than two years in the barrel, the new Blended Malt Whiskey is a return to new oak with a heavy char, contributing mature flavors more inline with a bourbon flavor profile with lingering single malt characteristics. 

This is a free event with bottles available for purchase. You can also purchase cocktails from our special menu and tasty treats from Brine Haus food truck. We hope to see you at the distillery. Come hungry and definitely thirsty!
