As one of North Carolina’s few 100% grain-to-glass distilleries, our small-batch North Carolina whiskey and gin capture the unique flavors of the region and celebrate Appalachian farmers, producers, and artisans. Crafted from locally grown and malted barley from within 60 miles of the distillery, Oak and Grist spirits reward the curious and excite the connoisseur.
