Genever inspired Gin

Rather than using vodka or grain neutral spirits as the base of our gin, our Genever Inspired Gin starts with a single malt spirit distilled in house from North Carolina-grown grains. What does that mean? It means our Genever Inspired is a bolder, smoother, fuller gin-- a gin for the whiskey lover.

DISPOSITION

NOSE: malty, violet, herbaceous, fruity

PALATE: panna cotta, chamomile, slight salinity, red berry, citrus, bright

FINISH: moderately long, anise, stonefruit, nutty, cereal/grainy
