The distillery was founded to craft a regionally inspired Speyside-style single malt whiskey, and Origin is just that. We distill this whiskey from a custom pale malt to emphasis a lighter more fruity, floral, and grassy spirit. So as not to overpower this intentional distillery character, this whiskey is aged in previously filled casks, which tones down the barrel character while allowing development in depth for our fruity and grainy character. It has a delicately balanced profile that speaks of a terroir honoring our roots and distinguishing our vision for Southern Single Malt Whiskey.
