• 1.5oz Genever Inspired or Barrel Reserve Gin

• 0.5 Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup

• Soda water

• Lemon peel

Directions

Add ice to chilled collins glass.

Add gin and tonic syrup to glass and top with soda water.

Garnish with a fresh lemon peel and enjoy.
